"My driver was amazing and went out of his way to make me feel comfortable and did everything that was needed The only issue I had was the fact I have been charged two lots of money for one ride and no one is answering my emails and when you call it puts you in a queue and then rings off please could you contact me so we can get it sorted "

"Driver was late and tried to blame me for not picking up his calls, when I was busy performing and could not do so. In the end the cast made the train but for the expensive pre-booked service for the 10 minute drive to the station, it was frustrating to have this additional stress"
