I ended up with a Mercedes E Class from somewhere around Richmond.This would not have been suitable if three of us were travelling together.
The driver was perfectly nice, but not what I paid for.
I doubt if I will use Web Cars Basingstoke again

I ended up with a Tesla from Waltham Forest, with a series of messages to meet the driver at the drop off point outside the terminal, well after my arrival.
The driver was perfectly nice, but not what I paid for.

The only issue I had was the fact I have been charged two lots of money for one ride and no one is answering my emails and when you call it puts you in a queue and then rings off please could you contact me so we can get it sorted "
